Perk text: "Damage increases by 50%, but this Weapon's Magazine holds only one cartridge with heavy control"

Unsure if the damage increase works because there's no damage feedback. (We could really use a Range Dummy.)

Magazine is size not being reduced properly.

No alteration of control.

You can play a single player game, deal damage to an enemy once, then kill yourself. Then check the failed mission report, which will show the ranged damage you caused.

Naw man it has 2 shots when you use that perk, not the one as advertised. Objectively something isn't working right. The perk is certainly bugged and/or the description is wrong.
