Absolutely loving the game so far, however I was rather upset to find that you have severely limited the Chaos Space Marine (Heretic Astartes) choices to being class based..

Loyalists/Imperium can have multiple choices and only the armour changes depending on class, whereas Chaos for some reason only has the armour choices for the classes, why can we not have an MK3 Iron Warrior Assault class? I just feel the options are a bit one sided for the imperium right now.

I also feel the season pass already looks heavily Imperium biased, which again is a bit disappointing..

It would be awesome to be able to use the chaos space marine skins in operations as well.

If I can't have my Night Lord lightning bolts and aesthetics in PVE, can I at least get some VIII decals?

As someone who was hard core in to PvP of Space Marine and someone who prefers the aesthetics of Chaos far more than loyalist, I was absolutely astounded that they loyalist side had so many customization potential options and Chaos has literally none beyond heraldry.  I personally find this to be ridiculous beyond belief, you are completely neglecting an entire half of your players in PvP matches.  It makes no real sense.

And before anyone chimes in with how the Chaos legions chosen more fit the specific roles they are put in to in the game, that may be true (Iron Warriors are better about static defense, Deathguard are tougher so they should have the shields, the Nightlords have more Raptors, the Alpha Legion are more about sneak, etc etc) but none of those legions are exclusively those roles.  And the same could be said about the loyalist chapters, each has more of a general role for the chapter to a degree same as the chaos ones. 

In short, this just doesn't make sense.  Now, that being said, I have the feeling that this is something that is intended to be added given that there are slots for custom armor, but why do we have no options as of yet?  Why are there so many options for loyalists and literally none for Chaos?

I've said this to a friend that enjoys the game too. Having no customization for Chaos/heretic astartes in PVP is a bit disappointing. We spent a decent amount of time getting the look we wanted for our Loyalists just to get stuck with playing as Heretics and not being able to rock our new looks. Part of the issue is the game not swapping factions for the players between rounds, but that's besides the point. I'd love see more customization for the Heretics. Their aesthetic has its own appeal, and it wouldn't feel so bad to not get the Loyalists five times in a row. 
TLDR: Please add more Heretic/Chaos Astartes customization, not just colors.

I second this. The bad boys are popular, give them more room. 

.. maybe even their own branch of Operations! .. which probably would mean to build sort of a new game (or DLC), considering the accompanying changes in enemies, voice overs, objectives and cut scenes 

I agree , but it seems we are financially supporting a game that likes to reject the most wanted and cool ideas . I dont see this going well for the future of the game . Chaos marines are poorly taken care of . As of now , they are just a Copy paste of the loyalists, gameplay wise. They have no unique skills or abilities/weaponry that renders them the Chaos marines they should be . I get that for balancing It has been easier to do so , but it really sucks . 

if They stay with that Like They doing nothing for Chaos now, They will lose a Ton of players..so many ppl. Want more stuff for Chaos, customization, PVE content. They usw. Dumb excuses for it Like Not Lore accurate or to much resources. But They make a good amount of Money With their 4,5million Players, but believe me, if They Continue like this They will lose many many players. 

It really is a huge shame and I don't quite buy the excuse of lore restriction. How is it fine that we're able to make a rainbow space marine on the loyalist side but any sort of change on the chaos side is herecy because of lore accuracy?? Doesn't make sense. 

Space Marine 1 had tons and tons of awesome customization for the chaos side, I'd be so disappointed if they never added any new armor eventually. 

I think they will add more Chaos customization down the line. 

My hopes for additions are Thousand Sons (a little ironic they are the main enemy of campaign but you cannot go Thousand Sons in PVP), Word Bearers, and the armours so you aren't class bound as legion. 

the Hope is dying, i think They will always bring then Statement „Not lore accurate“ if we want something that bring us more Chaos Action. And that sucks..i played this Game now for over 300hours because i was Waiting like everyone Else millions of years for such a Game and yes its a great base Game if u only Like Ultra marines.

But After this Time i Sadly have to say i wont Play it again, Till They bring more Chaos stuff into it.

Like you Said, There was Antwortkarte with base and Upgrade Versions, why the hell Not Even this second Version is in the game?  So got it, i played the space Marine in pve so maybe There are many ppl. That want Play Chaos in pvp, but no Little customize think, Instead of Color Change, but this isnt lore accurate to for all classes. I dont care about the legion class locks, but give me finally more armor Parts for the Chaos guys 🙏 no They are working on a pistol which is restricted to 3 classes Instead of giving Fans from the Game what They want :/

I think Every Post in Future with Chaos stuff will be answered from them with „Not lore accurate“ and really that makes me so sad :(
