My fps is locked at 30 - Won’t go up or down even when I modify the settings. I was getting around 100 pre update!

intel i7 12700k and 4070ti super is what I’m running, all drivers are updated etc

Definitely some big FPS drops after the patch, I don't know what they did. My FPS used to be consistently on 90 without issue. Now it regularly drops.

I've been getting lost crane rates and hitching, and constant disconnects even though my internet isn't having any issues at all. Disabling steam overlay made it so that I could get through an operation at least. 

Im running a similar system and I can't even get through a match for the last two days.

First i load into a game ..every one playing same class... Load back to barge, load a new game, load in play halfway... Server disconnect... Try again... Game crashes on my end .. try again .. everyone same class.... Try again... Game crashes.... Try again.. get loaded in an unfair mission with guys at level 1-3 and have to solo it by myself... Drag through the fight for 45 min . Then guys quit when they get frustrated... I get lag as new guys load in... Struggle through generally die at the end for a third of the xp .

Best mission ive had has been when game server wouldnt let anyone join my game and it was just me and the bots... Breezed right through an unfair match solo .. it was so nice.

Ok. Looks like i´m not alone...

I disabled fTPM in my Bios and disabled Game bar in Windows 10. This done "the trick" with the Stuttering. Its better but not gone entirely. But it stutters much less in fight. Mostly when i switch sections. (for example Inferno Operation between the swamp an the Military camp) 

(other games like Cod, Squirrel with a gun and Manor Lords stutter much less too. Maybe it helps you too. fTPM is responsible for hardware encryption (short google answer), I don´t know how good or bad it is to disable. But i have to say i leave it disabled. It helped really.

I don´t know if it was the fTPM or the Game bar option in Windows. 

FPS didn´t change.

I played 1 Operation in Private mode and i finished it. But the next 2 operations i played online, crashed due server problems... so yes.... these problems remain....

Okay so to give you an idea, tpm is basically really convenient for laptops and stuff where there's a risk of them being stolen and it having important data on it.
On your desktop at home, unless you're working on like some kind of super extremely top secret projects, TPM is meaningless. But it also won't do anything to performance.
TPM is literally just a system that tells your harddrive "hey it's still me you don't have to worry you're not in a different computer" on boot up and nothing else.

Before I only had occasional crashes and the only issue I experienced was that whenever I entered the customization menu the GPU temps would go through the roof, something that didn't occur while playing missions.

Now the performance took a severe hit: 50% less fps on the best case, heavy stuttering, bad input and the GPU is overheating at all times and I crash at the end of 90% of the missions I tried so far.

I seriously don't know what the heck they did with this patch.

I have a AMD Radeon RX 6800 and before the patch the utilization was around 60% after the patch with the same settings it is 99%.

So much more heat from 60°C to 86°C and stutters so I can´t play without the risk of GPU heat death.

I've been having absolutely horrible stutter every 5-15 seconds since the update. In pvp it is so bad it renders it pretty much unplayable to me unless I want to rip my hair out.

This needs to be fixed asap.

I have also noticed sound and gameplay stutters since the patch, which I did not have before.

Pretty much, I had to unfortunately put this game aside until a hotfix comes in to fix this otherwise my computer will probably just explode.

Are there any news of a hotfix incoming this week?

My game barely runs now, huge latency like issues as soon as it team up with people.. On my own solo nothing..

I've had a performance decrease as well after the patch. Originally I got around 90-110 FPS with the occasional dip down into the 80s. Now after the patch it stays in the 80 FPS range with sharp drops down to 30 FPS in some sections.

The worst drop in frame rate for me now is when the bridge gets dropped on the Hive Tyrant in Op 2. Before the patch the frame rate stayed stable during that part. Now whenever it happens my game becomes a slide show for a few seconds.

Same here before the patch the game runs at 55-65 fps, now its runs between 30-55 fps. I noticed its worse when there is a swarn on the background. We need a hotfix ASAP

For myself it's only when i get into the ready zone in Operations that it sometimes boots me from online services.
