Why do I need a screen of a sound bug?

Trying to report a sound bug and got as far as add a screen shot. Its an issue with sound.

I didn't see any way of proceeding with the report.

The bug is on he Tactical plasma rife and maybe on plasma as a whole, when you vent the gun the venting sound will loop until you change the gun.

Just had another sound bug, Bolt Rife/Grenade combo lost all sound whilst shooting then when it did come back its was more pop than bolt.

Had a similar issue, not sound bug, but was unable to make a screenshot. So what I did is I just attached an empty black screen and that way I was able to proceed. But felt that we need an option to skip the screenshot.
