When the game first launched, the IDEAS board was a great concept and the devs seemed to slowly curate them.  

I haven't seen anything in that area in over a month.  No developer interaction or approving/dismissing ideas - so now it feels like a place to send ideas to die.  

Please devs - get back to that board and moderate it.  Make a few declarations every week.  I'd rather see a lot of ideas go to "Not In Scope" than to see the board growing in size but lacking any feedback.

The Ideas board needs a system that cycles older ideas out after a while to have any value.  The same ideas are trending that were at the beginning simply as they’ve been out longer and gained more initial player interaction.

Definitely some truth there, which is why I would love a moderator in there that cleans some of the trash up.  
I've seen several 'forum topics' masquerading as 'ideas' and it just clogs the board ... I wish they would just have someone that takes a look once a week.  Removes or pairs duplicate topics.  Deletes nonsense.  Etc.

I agree, I've put a few ideas up that I would've thought were pretty good but haven't really gotten any attention.

Additionally There is an idea that has reached 1 million points but yet no response

Did you just realize that this game company has already scammed the players? 😂 It's like GW made a business deal to harm the consumers ​

Yeah, there's not a strong community manager voice. Especially on the boards, where it feels like people talking to dead air. In theory, this should be the most frequented developer hangout area. The company itself also feels very closed off.

The most interactivity I've seen is on twitter, which is unfortunate. At least there, I see responses. The Ideas tab feels like a good idea that no one wanted to manage, especially when it got saturated with feedback. The team continues working on the things they were going to work on anyway, and the Ideas tab generated some minor marketing trust in the first week or two, and now it's pointless.

It's a reflection of the company's personality though.
