Each Classes feature efficacy & Weapon selection in order.

Tactical is overtuned in the aspect of overall Weapon selection. It can counter snipe with Stalker Bolt Rifle & Marksman Bolt Carbine, which the latter should be on the Sniper Class but we will address that later. It easily outshines Sniper & it's limited DPS/reliability from the Sniper Bolt Rifle.

Assault is low in health but easily makes up for it with it's Hammer's ground pound versatility. In contrast, Bulwark's Shield & Sword combo is completely over shadowed by Assault's Hammer in every way. Unless Bulwark gets the drop, he's toast with the Hammer's charge heavy attack. Ground pound is easily the most connection reliant attack out of them all considering the hit radius kills when you seem to be out of range for such immense amounts of damage to register. Assault's ground pound damage radius should be looked at.

Vanguard is overall the most balanced even though the Bolt Carbine & Melta doesn't currently seem to be an option. It's weapon options are limited in that respect but it still shines as a great class choice. The Instigator Carbine is probably one of the best guns in the game & it counters all other Classes on it's own at most combat scenarios if positioning is proper.

Bulwark is what I refer to as a "Dirty Job" type of Class. Melee in Pvp is circumstantial & the Power Sword/Shield Combo isn't something that can ever compete against the Hammer's ground pound base charge heavy & combo charge heavy unless you're really lucky. All other melee engagements can be won though with the Power Swirl attack you initiate from delaying after a sword swing. That being said, good luck not dying to gunfire from multiple enemy combatants if you are on an unreliable team or you simply get cought off guard straying from the pack while in Melee animations. I always opt for another Class most times because I know Assault's capabilities in an open space leaves this class a sitting duck in that respect considering the limited & unreliable DPS from the Bolt Pistol/Plasma Pistol. The Bolt Pistol is it's most reliable Pvp option but it also leaves the class feeling very limited in versatility considering the recent Power Fist nerf. Please give the Power Fist a buff to it's Light attack damage! It's not a reliable & effective Weapon at all compared to the other limited Melee options given to Bulwark.

Sniper is another I would consider a bit dirty but it's more easily comparable to a shell of what it should be for Space Marines 2 PVP. The Bolt Sniper Rifle is great at long ranges but it's rate of fire could be slightly increased for more of a close range accuracy reward considering the Sniper Class is ABSOLUTE fodder to every other Class in Space Marines 2... That is if you aren't running the Bolt Carbine... On the Sniper Class? In 40k lore the Reivers would use Bolt Carbines & that is what the Vanguard Class is based on. Sniper also has a limited Weapon selection in so much as it can't weild the Marksman Carbine in Eternal War Pvp at all. The Marksman Carbine is actually a great alternative than the Bolt Carbine (SMG) in that it's name signifying Marksmanship, which is the whole focus of a Sniper Class. Sniper also should always suffer in the extremely close range department & the Bolt Carbine just comes off as annoying in most players eyes. The damage of the Bolt Carbine should be lowered slightly & the Vanguard should have the weapon as a Pvp option.

Heavy is solid as a rock, as it should be. It's job is done well if the player is competent while playing with the team. Flanking is great for this Class & you can always out score everyone if you know how to play. It's a Sniper magnet but I think that's the point so I think that's a great combat dynamic for a Heavy to deal with. This Class can deal with just about anything as long as you play conservative & alongside your team while looking for distracted players firing at your team. Not much else to say besides the limited 3 weapon setup it currently has. I would love to see some Heavy Weapon additions added to the game in general for both Pvp/Pve.

I didn't go too hard on any Class without reason. I simply think these slight tweaks would make the game shine a bit more for longevity & skill expression in Pvp, specifically. Let me know what you think.

I agree with you, and I think it would be great to have some perks for weapons and classes, similar to what we had in Space Marine 1. I believe this could help balance PvP and add more depth to the gameplay.

Indeed, a headshot multiplier for Sniper or a melee damage bonus for Bulwark type thing. That would make each of them more of a threat by playing to their Class's strength.
