A few weeks ago, I made a report that all the heraldry I unlocked was now locked again after the last update.
This is the second time this has occurred. I have farmed over 3000 credits just to unlock all of that. 
I was just informed by one of your staff members that I would have to spend more time on the game in order to unlock all of that heraldry again.

Not only is this unfair, it's a very poor way to treat your players who have been very helpful in hunting down glitches and bugs, making the game better for everyone.

This is the second time this has happened. My last report was completely ignored by your staff.

Can we please come to a better conclusion? 🙏
