Please undo buffs zoanthropes

I've been seeing zoanthropes firing off four death balls instead of three and double death beams lately. I have no idea why anyone would think they needed a buff, but please undo this.


There's still the problems with these attacks homing around corners and going through walls, which is making them a serious nuisance. They're getting close to psyker machine guns at this point. 


The double death beam is the most egregious of them. If the first one catches someone, the knockdown ensures the second will too and they will die. With iframes on dodge being broken right now that just makes it all that much worse.

Not 100% certain, but I think they've always done this on Ruthless. Are you seening this on lower difficulties?


And unless I'm mistaken only the Neurothrope death balls are homing. Death balls just have a large blast radius whereever they hit so if you dodge out of the way of the direct hit and it lands just behind and beside you when youre outside the dodge i-frames you still take damage.

I've only been playing ruthless for quite some time and I only started seeing this recently. The homing balls and beams are coming from both too, they're just more common from the neurothrope. Double beam makes the zoanthropes more dangerous than neurothrope in some ways, especially with pairings. That's nonsensical. 


Thropes should be a threat, but going from one warp blast per squad per turn with good shielding on tabletop to paired up complete invulnerability shielding death blasters is a bit much.

Correct, honestly duel zoanthropes are more difficult and annoying then nurothropes...

They also still switch shields far too often on top of it all. You get like maybe 6 rounds off with a pistol before the shield switches again. Real fun tying to put a handful of rounds into each thrope over and over again while managing a massive horde, a lichtor, a handful of enraged ranged enemies littering the ground with vines, all while also trying to dodge the homing balls and double laser gang bang. 


The neurothrope is unironically easier than the zoas. At least there's only one at a time and it isn't hiding in an invulnerable shield for 120 seconds at a time.
