Hi. After patch 4.0 I noticed fps spikes consisting of short freezes. It happens all the time regardless of whether there is action or I am in a battle barge. It is so persistent that sometimes I have a hard time using the block in time. Frame spikes can be from 80fps to 20fps.

 Specification: 

-i7 13700kf water cooling 

-32 Gb ram 4266 

-Zotac 4080 Super 16gb 

-game installed on SAMSUNG 980 PRO 1TB M.2 SSD

 I did not notice high temperatures or throttling This is strange because I play other games on ultra settings with the ray tracing option and I set everything I can to full and I do not have such problems. 

This is not full internet speed because the network was loaded.

You gave me a link that redirects me here... Should I write another similar post and wait for you to reply to me with the same thing?? I came back after a 2 month break because I couldn't play, I managed to format my computer and the problem is still there.

I tried another way to report a performance issue, you redirected me to the steam page and steam ignored me and redirected me to focus tohether. This is all a vicious circle and it's starting to irritate me.
