​Why do Devs keep modifying existing colors and voices? 

I just want a straight answer from the devs, why did they change the colors? 

-some look glossy, straight white or just grey, whilst other look orangy now.

And why where the multiplayer voiced modified? what was wrong with them? will we have an option to change voices for multiplayer in the future?

It's probably the same reason the AI Director code gets changed every patch as well. They either have no idea what they are doing or they are doing things without effective communication with the publisher and players.
