I've tried the new map twice, both I had to leave due to a bug, I think.

Both times it happened in the same area of the map so I doubt that it's coincidence.

What happens is that I lose the ability to turn around and use any attacks. I can simply walk while facing one direction.

Anyone else experienced this as well?
None of my other team mates seems to have been effected.
But that it happened twice at the same place just doesn't feel like it's on my end.
Especially since after leaving the mission everything's back to normal without me doing anything outside of the game.

This game launched in September.  It doesn't have a functioning multiplayer lobby system.  You can't bind your keys on a keyboard in an acceptable, consistent way.  You can't change controller bindings.  Basic color schemes like red bolters are missing and ignored and cosmetics system is bugged.  Instead of making the game difficult in a meaningful way, enemies teleport around randomly and constantly and spam unblockable, undodgeable attacks based on an invisible RNG system.  Animations and models making contact with the player do not match up with getting hit or not.  The meta is hostile to the player by spamming misleading indicators, turning off your mouse and ability to free look, or ignoring weapon switch, sprint, and equipment use inputs.  The parts of the game that make it work get altered or removed, but the problems remain.  They seem more concerned with the racial diversity of the squads and representing women in infantry leadership positions than with common sense.

Same here, sometimes I can't attack or activate/deactive my iron halo. Hope they address this.

I'm on Series X.
