Seriously, this is such a missed opportunity from Saber.  For a game that has this much customization - I can't fathom how they ignore one of the most unique aspects of the character.

In my opinion:

1. the dialogue wheel for each character should be editable;
2. we should be able to earn new voice lines for existing characters through various in-game activities (I feel really dumb as a Dark Angel screaming For Ultramar!);
3. each Champion Pack should include voice lines from that character and chapter;
4. offer voice packs as additional options for purchase (as they do not impact gameplay).

 It is a very cheap option to add tons of new fun to the game.  The most difficult aspect would be creating code that alters the in-game dialogue so that the different characters are integrated.  

As it stands now, I create my own voice acted soundboard.  But it doesn't have the same impact as having true in-game banter.

Brother Nephyrael here, from Focus Support. First of all, we are so happy to see you guys so eager to help us improve the Game and the overall experience for all our battle brothers.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the voice packs. Including voice lines in the chapters is a very interesting idea, it can certainly add a lot of fun to the game. 

We know that for many players, it is important to have all the options available to enjoy the game. Although we cannot promise anything yet about implementing this option, I can assure you that this issue will be forwarded to our development team.
