Bad matchmaking

Hello, I know that this topic has already been raised by other players, but I think that it is becoming urgent for the sustainability of the game to remedy, in my opinion, two fairly recurring problems for players who do not have a team to play, namely: 


- When choosing a class, we want to play this character class or improve it, maybe a specific weapon (knowing that the others are full) and with matchmaking we find ourselves having to choose another class when we arrive in a game already in progress. Would it not be possible to make it so that when the game selects a running game it takes into account the current class of our character? (Parts joined before a mission do not count)


 - It has also happened several times that joining in matchmaking leads me to play with people in a team who are only two (the third being in XP) and just before the end of the mission we get excluded and have no bonuses whether weapons, XP, or improvement skulls. There is nothing more frustrating than playing for 20-45 minutes depending on the missions to be excluded and have nothing in return and especially since people acting as such have no penalty afterwards. Would it be possible to prohibit the exclusion of the game launched (except prolonged inactivity of the player ?), or exclude a person to invite another at a certain time of the game cancels the gains ?
