So lately I have been 100% unable to block the follow-up hits of whip warriors in their multi-hit combo with block weapons. The I am posting here rather than bugs because I want to know if it is just me or if others are having this problem. It is like it 100% does not register. And I am not just talking perfect block, I mean it just whiffs no matter what after the first hit.

This also can occur when multiple warriors are attacking and you miss. You can still hit the button and your character still plays the parry animation so you are not in an uncontrollable state so what gives? Anyway I was using block weapons but with this... naw too unreliable. It makes a bad situation unrecoverable where a parry weapon could get through it no problem.

I wonder if it is a latency issue. I have seen this happen and we talk about it in my spm2 discord group. Let me know if you find answers :)

Sure thing. Yeah played a few more games and noticed other people whiffing blocks against them. I play almost exclusively on Ruthless these days and while sure some not so great players do play there I have noticed a disproportionate number of players eat shit to a lone whip warrior if they are using a block weapon so something must be up.

Interesting, I was having crazy difficulty trying to parry their attacks with block hammer and now I guess I know why. Having this same issue on my end. PS5.
