I activated a skill, but want ot deactivate it, i it possible?

it would be great to have that option

If you mean the class skill tree, you cannot, you just have to activate another one in the same column. If you mean the weapon trees you can respec the weapon then simply not distribute the points.

Like Shining_Darkness said, you can still pick another one. You're not locked to that one if you don't want to.
Just choose another skill from the same column.
