These are in no particular order. Plus I'm sure I'm not the only person to have listed some of these.

1. Add Character head creation. You can stop the crying about having no women in your game if you can create men and women character heads

 2. If there's no class conflict have players join selected mission w/o having to choose a class. They have already chose their class when joining

 3. in game cross platform friends list. I'm a PC player and I can become friends w/ other PC players but not Xbox or Playstation that I know of

 4. Add a mini map option

 5. Give small fraction of our life bar back on finishers if our armor is full

 6. With a class conflict give ability to go back to the battle barge if class wanted not available. I hate to actually join with a class I don't want to play with then leave 

7. Give ability to auto skip videos

 8. Players should be able to drop items

9. Weapons you switched from during matches should still get EXP. I've played with a certain weapon most of the mission and switched near the end of the mission    and the weapon I switched from got no EXP at the end.

10. Have the game load straight into the main menu. Why are you making us load into a title screen and then load into a main menu. Save us some time by not making us load into a useless title screen. The same exact title screen is in the main menu.
