Good Afternoon, 

Wanted to make this post to get some assistance in case I missed a step. 

Fist of... LOVE THE GAME. But last Saturday all my characters got zapped back to level 1 for some reason. Looks like all else is stable (weapons n cosmetics). I submitted a request to support to restore it las Saturday but haven't heard anything back just yet. Apologies in advance if this is covered in another thread. I'd appreciate some advice from a dev if I missed something or if I should just keep waiting. I don't play PVP much but as you will see in the attachments, love the operations. Just trying to see if this can get fixed or if i should just wait. Thanks in advance to the response and anyone who pings a dev for me. Pz

I seen many people having same problem, writing about it in Steam discussions. 

It is unacceptable as it is simply theft of the time you invested into the game. 

I am peasant here sadly so I cannot help but I do hope it get fixed soon. :)
