Since altering Starting Perk is apparently on the table...

FFS can we PLEASE make Heavy's starting perk not essentially useless? Not only is it a comparatively tiny radius and an insignificant ranged damage resist, it is the ONLY starting perk that requires the class ability to be active to get any use out of it. Can it instead change to something that either gives him ranged damage reduction of, say, 20% than then extends to allies while active instead of only applying while Iron Halo is active?

Honestly I would prefer if it shifted to something like restore 20% reserve ammo when ammo is low on a 90sec cooldown, something to make the class that relies on ranged weapons for damage because he has no melee the ability to have more staying power in prolonged fights between caches. Heck, and I know this would be a tad OP in some people's opinion, make it just give unlimited ammo while Iron Halo is active if you for some reason like a perk that only works while the class ability is active. That way every 2 minutes or so you have unlimited ammo for about 10 seconds. 


You buffed Bulwark's HP by 10%, he didn't need it but I ain't complaining but since you have just shown you are willing to adjust the starting perks, please give some love to Heavy's abysmal starting perk.


Anyway, tossed this and a couple other suggestions into an ideas post.
