I'm unsure about how the Devs choose what gets put into the game, I mean obviously the General forum is a thing. But how much do they take from it VS the Ideas section?

I wouldn't count for that, lol :D

As for general forums, assume they have not seen it if a mod/staff has not dropped in and said something like "Great suggestion! I'll be sure to pass it along to the team at the next meeting." 

Ideas section at least has a chance in hell of being seen assuming it is voted on enough and you get confirmation that someone has seen it when they change its status.

History says yes but for now I wouldn't count on it.

Last greenling idea was maybe 6 months ago. Since this time we got hundreds if not thousands of new ideas that just lie there. 

Even mine ideas - which are amazing - didn't get any response from any mod or dev. 

I think this pile of Ideas just got too big and will lie there till the end of Eternal War.

I regularly browse through the Ideas section, and I often see ideas changing their status, mostly to 'Out of Vision.' I believe the devs simply sort them by 'Most Popular' and methodically work their way from top to bottom.
