Dear Devs,

Stop nerfing stuff!  It's a PVE game for F's sake!

Your reasoning behind the banner nerf defies logic and fun!

The banner is not too powerful. Healing can't be pulled off all the time in the chaos of a fight becease it depends on a takedown in a very short window of time and the range isn’t that great for it to work anyway. Making the cooldown slower means that banners will be saved longer and dropped even less (the opposite of what you wanted people to do!).  

The game is not at all easy on higher difficulties (as intended).  With randoms it is very hard to get the best combo of abilities.  On the other hand, coordinated players should be rewarded for playing smart with their perks and getting reduced cooldowns. 

There is no reliable way for the squad to heal, so give each class more options and then Bulwark players might chose something else above Invigorating Icon. Plus the alternate abilities are not appealing enough, so make them better so people may want to choose them! (And don’t nerf the good stuff for Fs sake!).

Lastly, why do you want to take away the epic feeling a Bulwark gets when he wades into a melee to heal or revive his buddies just at the right moment?  Why do you want to steal the fun so teams fail more?

There is no logic to anything you have argued about the banner nerf.

P.S. Nerfing the Vanguard heal to 5% just doubles the propensity of Vanguards who need to run off and hog more executions.  Again, no logic has been applied to this unnecessary fun reduction. It’s PVE for Fs sake!
