the blue is different from the npcs on the battle barge?

I have pictures but I can’t post them here, just go stand next to an npc space marine on the battle barge in the macragge blue to see the difference…but why?

I'm unsure but it's been brought up before, I'd love it to be true MaCragg blue instead of what we got. I just pretend my Ultramarine has wear and tear on the paint.

Yeah the night lords blue is closer to the correct color lol.
