Lobby Issues and Multiple crashes.

If I leave a lobby (bad teammates, cheaters, poor performance, etc.) it likely means I do not wish to rejoin the same lobby when I requeue.   Almost every time, it seems I will need to play a different game mode to reset the matchmaking queue and find a new lobby for the mode I want to play.  


Simple quality of life fixes will go a long way in your PvP system.  I won't list all the issues, as others have clearly pointed them out here, but at least throw us a bone with the low hanging fruit.  



Sidenote:  I've had constant crashing issues today.  I haven't seen much posted here, but have friends experiencing similar issues.  No issues for the last few days, but tonight has been absolutely awful.  Either we can't get the game to start up or we randomly crash during a match.  


Update: The game has been unplayable for a few hours now.  Multiple restarts, reinstalls, and file validations haven't fixed the issue.
