On release, i told everyone i know to go out and get this game because the gameplay loop is so good.  I mean the blend of melee and typical shooters is solid gold, and i wanted everyone i know to experience it.  Only problem, the servers were dogshit at the time and i couldn't get us to be able to consistently play together without connection problems and my friends quickly moved on.

Here we are 9 months later.  The issues are worse than ever.  You run promotional events while no one can play together?  You make little to no comment on the issues?  You are quickly losing "gamer goodwill".  This does not bode well for Turok or SM3.

So anyway, to the point - what exactly is the issue with what is going on with the connection issues?  i am not trying to be mean here, but there are quite likely a good number of us that play your games that can do a better job of this than whoever you are paying to deal with the issue.  If you just told us what the problem is, or communicated anything of value at all, we could probably help you.

Please do better at communicating with your audience.

I agree. Why have a PTS if nothing works when the patch releases? Having an event while nobody can match up is kinda crazy. Hope they start communicating better and get their game fixed.

This is an infuriatingly silly issue to have which is not helped by the lack of acknowledgement of this problem.

Does this also fix the black screen after every mission?? I cant progress at all because it black screens me and i dont get any xp

I Just tried to start an operation with another bro 5 times, it just loaded and then disconnected either me or both of us at the beginning of the ops.

Maybe Saber should recall some of the devs they sent to SM3 to fix the constant server issues....

PROS probably brought more problems than solutions. This is ridicolous. Endless loading screens, loops, and we don't have an abort connection option and since the connection timeout is like 5 minutes (if not more), we literally have to alt f4 out og the game to be able to queue.......

The hotfix made it worse. I can't connect now at all. I get stuck on joining server and nothing happens. I have to relog to title screen just to have it happen again.
