First of all I want to say that the team is doing a fantastic job so far, taking and applying rough decisions is a part of the balancing process, of course not everyone will like the changes at first and not everyone will understand your decision to implement them but it is a healthy behaviour and you should keep trying out new things, especially with the public test servers coming up !


Let us talk about the operation mode now, I love it, the missions feel good but I really think you can add more depth to it by adding Class specific areas to explore.

I am not even speaking of shortcuts or secret areas, what I want is something to discover for each class, like these examples :

Vertical zones to explore for the Vanguard and Assault  (which gives you the opportunity to rework this awful jump pack and give us the ability to become a real angel of death <3)

Specific floor destructible only by the Heavy 

Specific type of debris blocking a room destructible only by the Rempart shield.

A door that needs to be Auspexed by a Tactical to open up.


I am sure that a lot of good ideas can be found around this, without making it a gamebreaking or overpowered mechanism neither frustrating if your party doesn't have the requiered Class to acces the zone if no essential items are placed there.
