i'm not sure if i'm at this point just paranoid about Saber Interactive silently throwing less at the player to decrease power fantasy aspect of the game (especially after they silently removed a chance for 3 lictors to spawn...), but when playing at patch 4.0, i felt like i've encountered more terminus targets.

have you noticed something similar by any chance?
