Wins on deadly difficulty are not counted, for the bastion. I'm trying to get a helmet that has damage. Wins stopped counting. As required 4 wins on deadly difficulty in PvE. So it remains.
I want to get a helmet, but victory points are not awarded, on deadly difficulty. I play for bastion. PVE. My account on steam is titan_17

Are you doing different missions?  It only counts as +1 if it's a new/different mission.   If you do Inferno, Reliquary, Vox Liberatis, Inferno,  Inferno,  Reliquary it'll only count as 3.
