Fencing weapons make the game fun. Block weapons do not. Do whatever you want with Block weapons, but stop messing with Fencing weapons. Don't think people didnt find out that you stealth nerfed Fencing weapons again in 5.0

I can confirm parry feels really wrong with fencing weapons now.

Hardly a massive paradigm shift. It's a smaller AOE.

I've been trying a blocking weapon, and I don't get the gameplay goal, am I supposed to just be holding block before the mobs attack instead of parrying like usual?

The devs learnt nothing from the Lethal unit cohesion fiasco. You don't fix something by making something else worse. People immediately suggested making unit cohesion give bonus rather than penalse for not having it, which makes a hell lot more sense.

In the same principle, make Block weapons better and stop touching the damn Fencing weapons. They were fine from DAY ONE, and every patch it gets worse. It's PVE, who gives a crap if it's overpowered. People complain about it can use Balance weapons or Block weapons.

I am really angry at the moment. Patch 4.0 fiasco with AI Pointer and now Patch 5.0 fiasco with stealth nerv on fencing weapons.

Everybody who works in the IT-Industry and is worth their salt knows: „Never change a running system.“ Never seen more incompetence that something like that.
