I bought the Standard Edition on steam. Is there any way to upgrade to the Ultra Edition instead of buying it again?

Unfortunately there is no way right now to upgrade from standard to ultra, the only purchasable DLC is the season pass which does not include the Ultramarine champion armour.
Best bet would be to see if you can get a refund from steam, and then buy the Ultra edition. But saying “I want to refund this to buy the ultra edition.” is sadly not a good enough reason for steam to process the refund, so try and bs something I guess if you do this.

Thanks. I've already tried it. All they care about is how long you've played. The funny thing is, if I’ve only played for less than two hours, how would I know if it's worth upgrading to the Ultra edition.
