I'm currently unable to launch the game due to using a custom launch argument

As the title says i can't launch the game after using a custom a launch option even after deleting it from the steam options, I keep being told by steam that the game is still using the custom setting and I can't delete it, if possible I was wondering if I could delete it from a file of some kind.
