I wanted to fix an issue I had with the textures they were not loading properly and I had the system reqirements to make them load. So by trying to fix this issue I modified the option of the graphic card in game and since then I am stuck to the warning screen and I tried everything to make it work. I have the steam version. I tried to verify my files I deleted the download cache and did all the things I found online to fix this issue but nothing worked. So please could you help me?

You should contact support about this through a support ticket
Also some game configs are stored in Users->Appdata so you should look into deleting those and re-installing the whole game and see if that works
