PVP balancing Glass Cannons

PvP is excellent, and a lot of fun. Using Bulwark or Tactical you can storm through fire and be an absolute menace to the other team.


On the opposite side the 'glass cannons' seem pretty weak. I'm absolutely certain there is a measure of skill involved and there will be some fantastic players for both the vanguard and sniper classes, but the capabilities just seem off. 


My question is, will the Vanguard and Sniper classes be having their stats tweaked to make them more 'effective'? Namely base movement speed and damage output.


The point of these classes should be that they can navigate the battlefield quicker. Phobos armour types should have a higher movement speed than say the heavy (doesn't feel like they do at the moment), and be able to absolutely shred through health and armour to make up for having little armour themselves. 


Does anyone feel the same?
