I have unlocked the tome keepers and preators of orpheus heraldry, equipped and customised my marines with the unlocked items/emblems/colours. Then after a few days they are locked again. The most notable was with the lieutenant helmet as it was removed from all the characters I had with it equipped.
Why is my unlocked heraldy locked again?

Are you making sure you are online when bying them?
Also apparently playing with people who have mods enabled causes lose of progress
If nothing of the sort applies to you, you should contact support through creating a support ticket on either Focus or Saber sites

happened to me and my boyfriend too! All of the adaptes astartes is locked again after spending all my coins to unlock almost everything. Hope there’s a fix soon
