Lost my dlc heraldic fof the fifth tine

i lost my heraldic of the dlc for the fifth time this morning i think that i was patient enough i really like the game thats why i didnt bother by for the fifth time enough is enough. Would appreciate you do something about it because a rebought them with the game currency 3 times and a half
