I purchased the ultimate digital edition on PS5 before the game came out. When I finally went to lv up my heavy I noticed this skin was still locked I tried to press X on it and it goes to a different screen that says content not found. How do I unlock this? Thanks

found the answer on PS Home Screen select SM2 and hit options (start) and select manage content. Ultramarine pack was not installed
