i need help with the laughable performance of this game

Buddy I get that you're upset but that is no way to ask for help.
This help section is mostly for people in the community to help others so I would still recommend trying to contact either Focus OR Saber through their own support tickets.
Calling them out saying stuff like "stop releasing broken games on pc" when the game works just fine for millions of other players is kinda bad look on your part
Looking at the provided info something is obviously wrong with how the game works for you but that could be for countless of different reasons OUTSIDE of Sabers hands, they can't possibly test the game for all different pc builds.
