I bought the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 - Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack and installed it, but it doesn’t show in the game.
How do I fix it or how do I get my money back?

The pack only unlocks stuff in the heraldry for you to purchase with in game currency
