hey I'm on Playstation and have the ultra edition but I can't equipment the champion skin. Every time I try it says bring to DLC and then DLC cannot be found

As far as I have been able to gather, that skin is only available as part of the Ultra edition. If you bought Standard or Gold, even if you buy all DLCs and Season Pass, you will not get access to that skin. Depending on when you bought the game, you may be able to get a refund and purchase a different edition.
I, for one, am well past that as an option. I'd be ok with giving Saber another few dollars for that skin (and the Heavy Bolter skin), but I'm not going to fork over another hundred dollars for it.

You might have to reinstall the champion dlc for it to work
