Dear Customer service,
After patch 5.0 I got disconnected mid co-op game (It happened on 10.12.2024) I logged back quickly to join my mates and all my classes were set back to lvl1. I still have all my weapons, weapon perks, I have all the unlocked armor pieces, I still have all my credits and armory data. I use to have Bulwark and Sniper at lvl25, Tactical, Assault and Heavy around lvl14-16, the rest was under lvl 10. Now everything went back to lvl1. I lost all class skillpoints too.
Just to clarify again. Only the class level was set back to lvl1. Other achievements like unlocked armors, and weapons are remained.
I tried many things. I restarted game/steam/PC. I also checked the file integrity within steam.
After all these attempts I tried to log in again. I got an error message that said "EOS log-in error. Epic Online Service missing in local files. Please close the game and verify integrity of game files via Steam" I did that. Closed the game, verified the files (they were OK). Then I reinstalled EOS on my PC.
After all of these nothing changed. All my class level is set back to 1 but still have my currencies and weapons. Is there a way to get back all my class progression?
