Hello there,
I have just recently discovered that all my progress for PVE and PVP has been erased.. this was shortly after I completed a PVE mission and during the saving sign (where all the marines are in the ship) I was faced with The image that my account was disconnected from the internet. I then selected ‘continue off-line’ instead of ‘return to the main menu’ because I didn’t want to lose my experience from that mission. Surely after I return to the battle bridge all my marine classes were reset back to one and all my experience was gone. Turned off the game immediately and reset my Xbox multiple times but still all the progress was lost, even checking PVP classes which were all reset to 1… please help me as I’m devastated and have put many hours into this fantastic game and would really be frustrated and disappointed if all these hours have gone to waste. Please help!
