I had pre-ordered the most expensive version of this game so I should have access to the ultramarine champion pack, but I cannot so I’m trying to get answers on why it’s not available to me.

are you on console or pc, check your install options and make sure everything matches your purchase, their has been a time where i needed to redownload a pack as a update made the armour locked

If you are sure you got the right game version and pack is still missing, you should consider contacting Focus Support:
Submit a request – Focus Support Center
Also if I were you, I would prepare purchase proof, like invoice that you should get on your email adress while placing order.
