I have done missions upon missions with each class has not unlocked. I cleared my cache and power cycled and un-installed and reinstalled nothing. Please help me I want this help.

I'm in a similar spot as you. Hopefully they get this fixed before the event ends or at least give it to the people who played operations during the event, regardless of how many you complete.

On what platform do you play? If you are on console or PC, always make sure that you are logged in into your PROS account. If you're not, than your progress won't count.
Also, in some cases, you have to wait for even 1 hour for your progress to be counted in your PROS account. If you have all 6 classes on PROS confirmed, than just restart the whole game and the helmet will be added.
Also, I suggest that you don't play private. Should be off.
