I have been having an issue with my Vanguard class for operations. The Occulus Bolt Carbine has not been accepting experience after completed games for awhile. The other two weapons work fine, is there something I can do to fix that?

This sounds weird.
1. Are you sure you unlocked new tier using armory data, so weapon can progress in it?
2. You are playing whole Operation with said gun on change to it at the end? Weapon get's exp for every stage you complete with it, if you pick it up at the end it won't get any exp.
