Hello,
PROS is really lazy, it can take up to 12 hours to update your progress status.
If the problem persist best solution is contact PROS support:
Submit a request – Prism Ray Online Services
While still playing the game hoping it will eventually count missing game.
I had to do around 13 operations for PROS to count these 6 required for helmet.
