Crashing on Start, Crash Dump Message

So I have tried everything to get this game to run but it continuously crashes. It loads up and instantly black screens.
I have Reinstalled the game 4 times, I have verified the files 4 times, i have reset my OS. Nothing makes this game run, just an instant black screen on launch.
So my PC specs are as follows.
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990X 64 Core
255.57GB Ram
