Trying to complete ordeals. "Bespoke" says I have 5/6 full armor sets customized. Each class has several custom armor sets. Anyway to fix it?

Good day. The following problem arose: I played solo, pumped up different classes and today finally pumped up all the classes and weapons, I was very happy. I decided to install "4K Texture Pack", since I bought a 4K monitor to enjoy the game! Then, when I entered the game, it said: "Modifications detected". After checking the files and entering the game, all the pumping progress was reset! I would really like to return everything. I can provide all the data. Brothers and sisters, perhaps it is the heretical interventions of the filth and the daemons of chaos testing us. I was trying to post a new thread in the general, but got an error message "This post seems like spam." I tried to fix a few things to clean it up, but all it did was change to a different message; "An error has occurred with you last action, contact an admin if the error continues." So here I am. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Thank you!

Hi there! I recently tried to play space marines 2 operations and all my character levels have been lost but yet I still have all the chapter unlocks and the weapon upgraded but have level one classes all around. Please can I have some guidance to sort this!

Iit has been this way for me since release, I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I love this game and I'm not tripping to be negative but it happens most often on decapitation and inferno but has happend on every op. I'd have maxed everything twice over by now if it wasn't for the bug. I'll still play either way but I'd really like to not have this happen if it's not too much trouble

I am on Series X, I have had issues with the game crashing consistently since launch. I would have figured by now, surely, this issue would be resolved. But no, it seems to crash every other operarion. And without fail it will crash at the end of the boss fight againt the Hive Tyrant. I want to enjoy this game, but theyre really making me fight for it. I know I cant be the only one having this problem right?

my PC should be able to play this game without ANY complications. Yet, when I hit play, the game crashes in the first cutscene. I don't get to move a character or do anything other than watch the bugs invade a planet from the space view. Then, they hit the lower atmosphere; the game crashes. The entire video is in 1 FPS, if I can even call it that

Why do you Guys Force me to play PVP for Datavault unlocks? 

I dont care for PVP in the slightest, but if i want to Unlock all the Cosmetics i need to play it?!

Pretty sure im not the only one, feeling this and i recommend to Revisit the Datavault, so everyone can Unlock all the Datapoints while playing whatever Mode they wish.

Firstly, I want to say that I love Space Marine 2 - I've been very much enjoying the mechanics and immersion that you have so carefully crafted. I am also a massive fan of the Astartes series - and the Retributors chapter specifically.
The only issue is that I managed to miss out on the community event to unlock the Mk. VII helmet (with no forehead marking). 
I am here to humbly request that you please credit my account with the Mk. VII helmet from the community event, so that I can serve the Emperor with the appropriate level of drip.

​Hello. I have a problem that many people have. I'm posting this to try to wake up the development team so they can find a solution quickly. I can't play with my hands since this message appeared. It's annoying. Paying €250 for the collector's edition, and then being miserably blocked like that. I've tried almost every solution I've found online to no avail. Reinstalling the EU completely. Repairing it completely. Linking my Epic account blah blah blah... nothing. If anyone has any tips, I'd love them, but I'd like FOCUS and SABER to do their job first before releasing new content. Fix the bugs before continuing! Thank you... courage to those who are in the same boat as me.

Space Marine 2 will Crash whenever I turn the game on with Windowed and Low resolution 18 days ago

So, basically, Space Marine 2 will crash if I change the Resolution to very low with it being Windowed (not full screen). I can't change the game resolution back out of the game, but the game will crash straight up whenever I start the game. I can't even get through the main menu because it will crash the moment I "press any key"

Lost Progress on Vanguard Class 20 days ago

Hello, I was playing operations in space marine 2 yesterday trying to level up my vanguard class and the melta. I ended up gaining a few levels and upgraded my melta to the next rarity along with the combat knife, as well as completing a good number of ordeals. When logging in today all of that progress was lost and all of my class customizations were also reset. Is there anyway I can get that back? It took awhile to grind those weapons and it’s a little intimidating to do it all over again. I appreciate anything that could help, thank you.

Need Help pls

Since 6.1, I keep getting the Mods detected alarm and stuck in private mode. I don't have ANY mods or stuff like that ! I re-installed the game check files, etc. I play about 140h without big problems, but since this patch, I could not play a single game online. :( Can somebody help me pls or get the same problem?

Scanning Enemies Ordeal Bugged 24 days ago

I'm stuck at 24/25 on the auspex scan ordeal. My data vault says that I've somehow not scanned either versions of the Tzaangor. I can confirm without a doubt I played Reliquary and Sword of Atreus yesterday and scanned them both several times. My data vault has not updated. Beyond that, if the data vault says I haven't scanned two different enemies, but the ordeal says I only need to scan one more, that's completely inconsistent. I'm not really sure how to proceed. Is there anything I can do about this or am I just bugged out completing this ordeal?

    As a true warrior of the Emperor, I have purchased your game and all its expansions on the PC platform to wage war against the hordes of xenos and chaos in the name of the Imperium.
