I would like the ultramarines champion pack cosmetics from the ultra edition as a standalone dlc. I wasn't able to afford the ultra edition on release. As a big fan of the ultramarines I don't want to miss out.

Or have upgrade to x versions

So upgrade to gold edition and upgrade to ultra editions to get the content.

Seconding this, currently the only way to upgrade to Ultra is to buy an Ultra edition on top of whichever you originally bought, which is ridiculous.
Keep the Ultramarine Champion Pack DLC exclusive to Ultra, but at least give a way to upgrade that doesn't involve re-purchasing a game.

Reviving this old post. My friend gifted me the base edition of the game and I decided I liked it enough to get the DLC so I bought the season pass and Macgragge's Chosen. It's my fault for not reading it more in depth, but surprised you can't buy the Ultramarines Champion skin for the heavy separtely yet. I'm not going to spend the money on the Ultra addition (especially now after forking out $40 for DLC) since I already own the base game. That's just absurd.
