Why not limit the amount of medicines used for each player? I understand that at the maximum difficulty level there are not many medicines anyway. But if the allies play in a team, then by the end of the mission all players have a full set of resources. If the allies are inadequate, then here you can only hope for the God Emperor. As a rule, people go to this difficulty for free pumping, in the hope that skilled players will roll them from the beginning to the very end. As a rule, such players do not pay attention to their allies, collecting all the resources at this or that checkpoint. Personally, I encounter this all the time. I understand that I can encounter a ton of negativity regarding this idea. But I am also sure that I am not the only such player. A player who meets allies who sweep away all the resources, without giving them the proper return. The maximum difficulty should be difficult. This must be a complexity that requires thinking, and there is no point in even arguing about it. It would also be possible to make a "Friendly Fire" mechanic. I'm surprised that you didn't make this mechanic at the start of difficulty 5. I want to emphasize that these ideas are exclusively for the maximum difficulty level!
