In Game Codex/Bestiary

I am getting a hard time for the mark all enemies achievement, i have 22 of 23 scanned. Searched this idea for sure someone else had thought about it, it's absolutely needed a Codex/Bestiary. Upvoting!

Corollary:  with information on armor, health, and vulnerabilities.

To wit, in-game weapon metadata regarding some 'armor penetration' value is meaningless if there is no guidance on how armor actually works and how much different enemies tend to have.  There is nothing that specifies whether, for instance, armor subtracts a flat damage; or whether it reduces damage by a proportion;  or whether it functions more to deflect shots preventing meaningful damage; or whether a monster might have both armor and health 'bars' and perhaps penetration allows some damage to go straight to health.  Likewise, telling me that something does thermal damage isn't particularly valuable if there is no information on why I should care; are some enemies more or less vulnerable to fire than others, or does thermal impose different effects?
