Chapter insignia should be available for the right pauldron

The chapters insignia should be available for the right pauldron. This would be particularly useful when customising our Space Marines for the Deathwatch who display their chapters insignia on the right pauldron and not the left. Currently only the Raven Guard and the Black Templars have this option.
