Better operations team hud

It would be extremely helpful to know our teammates current shields and ammo under their health bar.

It be nice to know to leave executions for people who are shieldless and ammo for people that are low.  These QOL things would be vital for the mostly non talkative lobbies.

Also just like the guardian relic symbol showing next to the health bar Could we get one for the gene seed symbol aswell.
